Wonder Women Beginner/Intermediate Strength Circuit
Have you been wanting to add a cross training program to your routine, or just looking to BEGIN an exercise routine? The wonder women program is Portland Team Fitness' ROCKIN' ALL WOMEN'S workout program. The beginner/intermediate level will push you to new goals and abilities, BUT will make sure that you are learning the correct form and fundamentals of exercise as you go.
