Wonder Women:
This is Portland Team Fitness’' all women’s training group, and they are a blast! Wonder Women beginner/intermediate is a SUPER place to start if you are intimidated by a large gym atmosphere, or if you have no previous exercise experience. Wonder Women advanced/elite is a fantastic way for currently active and sporty women to take their training and sports performance to the next level. No matter what your goals are, you will surpass them! AND have fun doing it! All wonder women classes combine bursts of cardiovascular activity with free weights and core strengthening exercises to burn the MOST calories possible in the hour that you are at the studio.
