PERSONAL TRAINING:
Although the majority of our studio involves the TEAM training classes, we also understand that a one-on-one experience is often what suits someone beginning a fitness program. In an individual training session you work privately with your trainer towards health and fitness goals that you both have mapped out together. Any fitness training package begins with a free 30 minute consultation so that you can get to know your trainer and outline the best but also more realistic strategy to obtain your goals. We will truly listen and use our vast experience in the fitness industry to create a workout routine that you not only enjoy, but also understand and feel confident doing on your own. We will also provide you with tools that encourage lifestyle changes so that the results you see from your fitness routine remain a part of you forever.
