What should I wear to the workout?
Come in comfortable workout clothes. Bringing a top layer is helpful too, as from time to time we will go outside, despite the cold weather!
What should I expect from the first workout?
The workout is an hour long. It will involve a core warm-up with dynamic stretching, and then segue into the foundation or “meat” of the workout which is usually about 40-45 minutes long, and then the class ends with flexibility and some abdominal work, although abdominal and posture work is often incorporated into the workout, or used as part of the workout.
Will I be sore?
If you are nervous about being sore after your first workout, you can always go at a slower pace, or use less weight, however, do remember you have signed up to get results...and that takes hard work!
