Co-Ed Strength Circuit

Come learn challenge your entire body with a variety of strength training moves. From Olympic lifting techniques, to fun team games and fitness challenges these workout will leave your arms like noodles, and your legs shaking. This class is instructed at an intermediate pace, but beginners and more advanced exercisers are welcome as there is always something for everyone!
