TEAM CLASSES
Expect the unexpected! Every class at Portland Team Fitness will be different, but each adheres to similar functional training principles. WE begin with a warm-up that gets you posturally aligned and warm in three planes of motion leading to the strength or circuit portion of your workout, and ending with a cool down. Each class is at a high intensity to burn maximum calories in minimal time. The trainer ensures that you use proper form, while working at right level for you and your body. We use free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, bosu trianers, bands, the TRX Fitness Anywhere fitness harness, agility ladders, boxing, spin bikes, treadmills, rowers, as well as games and your own body weight to create workouts that challenge all aspects of your fitness. You never know what to expect which keeps your body guessing and always seeing results!
