TEAM DROP-IN CLASSES
Expect the unexpected! Every class at Portland Team Fitness will be different, but each adheres to similar functional training principles. The warm-up emphasizes posture and alignment as well as moving the joints in three planes. The strength or circuit portion is at a high intensity to burn maximum calories in minimal time and will target all of the muscles in your body. Classes end with a cool down and stretching. Your trainer ensures that you use proper form, while working at right level for you and your body. We use free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, bosu trianers, bands, the TRX Fitness Anywhere fitness harness, agility ladders, boxing, spin bikes, treadmills, rowers, as well as games and your own body weight to create workouts that challenge all aspects of your fitness.
