Boxing Fitness:
Take one look at a boxer’s body, and there is NO DOUBT that boxing is a fantastic workout! Come learn proper boxing techniques and reap the benefits of all that punching…sexy shoulders, a leaner torso and toned arms! This class will introduce the basic punches and increase in complexity. The class will also combine a short strength portion along with posture and core work at the end. Increase endurance and agility while burning off some steam and stress. You will LOVE IT!
